In Language Arts class this year, we discussed books that we have read to see if they are a mirror or window book. A mirror book is a book that reflects you and is kind of like you. Hence, I window book is a book that is not like you. For example, if I really like sports and the main character is a 12-year-old boy who loves sports that would be a mirror.

I am reading Left for Dead by Pete Nelson. This book is a mirror because my book is about a 6th grade student who is talking to a WWll veteran and he loves the military just like me. The main character likes playing soccer and I do too. I really like this book so far and I highly recommend it.
